The Traveler Review Awards is an annual award given by Booking.com to recognize and honor the efforts and hospitality of its partners. The results are derived directly from the visitor's evaluation points following their stay; customers will discuss their experience and rate their level of satisfaction. 

Accordingly, Booking.com launched the 11th edition of its Traveler Review Awards in January 2023 to recognize the outstanding service of its partners in creating memorable memories for customers. 

A record 1.36 million travel providers are being recognized for their hospitality with Traveler Review Award 2023. This year, hotels (20,353) are the most-awarded accommodation type globally. From December 1, 2019 to November 30, 2022, the Traveller Review Awards 2023 rating is calculated based on the overall score from your guest experience reviews. Traveler Review Awards also ask guests to rate the property they stayed in six specific areas including cleanliness, comfort, value, facilities, location, and staff. All of these ratings are optional and do not count toward the Guest Review Score.
