- Services not included in the room/services not provided by Vinpearl on the Vinpearl.com website/the MyVinpearl App (buying individual air tickets, booking a car at the destination...) will not accumulate points, be counted towards the accumulated value for upgrading.
- Only services booked online through the Vinpearl.com website/the MyVinpearl App or the vinwonders.com website/theVinWonders App, Hotline 1900 232328 or booked directly at all accommodation, F&B, and Golf facilities in the Vingroup system will accumulate VPoints and accumulate value/nights for upgrading.

- For hotel services, customers will accumulate transactions and earn Vpoints upon completion of the service (on the check-out date). The point accumulation rate will be based on the customer's membership tier at the time the points are earned.

PART II. PROGRAM INTRODUCTION
1. Purpose
These Terms and Conditions of the VinClub Loyalty Program (“Terms and Conditions”) are established to define the rights and obligations of VinClub Members, VinClub Joint Stock Company, and Partners when participating in the Program.
2. Definitions
2.1. “Company” means VinClub Joint Stock Company, responsible for managing, operating, and implementing the VinClub Loyalty Program (“Program”).
2.2. “Partners” mean businesses, organizations, and entities participating in the Program as promoters, providing VinClub Members with benefits when using the Partners’ products and services. Partners include Vingroup, its subsidiaries, including the Company, and other partners who have agreed to participate in the Program.
2.3. “VinClub Member” or “Member” means a loyal customer of Vingroup who is eligible to be a Member of the Program and has completed the enrollment procedures as specified in these Terms and Conditions.
2.4. “Company’s Channels” mean the VinClub app, the website https://vinclub.vn, and/or other communication channels owned, managed, and operated by the Company.
2.5. “Vingroup” means Vingroup Joint Stock Company.
PART III. PROGRAM REGULATIONS
1. Eligibility
Individuals eligible to participate in the Program include those who are 15 years of age or older, have full civil capacity, are not restricted by nationality, and whose Program participation does not violate the laws of the host country (collectively, “Customers”). For individuals aged 15 to under 18 who engage in transactions involving real estate or registered movable assets (such as automobiles or motorbikes), parental or guardian consent is required.
2. Enrollment Procedure
2.1. Customers wishing to become VinClub Members can visit the website https://vinclub.vn or use the VinClub mobile app or other Company’s Channels (if available) and follow the instructions to join the Program.
2.2. Each customer may create only one VinClub Member account. Upon successful registration, customers will receive a welcome email and a notification of their Member Card ID. VinClub Members are responsible for securing their account passwords and must not disclose them to others.
2.3. Customers are not permitted to create Member accounts for others without their proper authorization or consent.
2.4. Customers must provide accurate information as required during the registration process and are responsible for the correctness and validity of such information. Each email address and mobile phone number may be used for only one Member account.
2.5. Partners may request additional information from Customers when they register for the Program as required by law, the Company, or Partners to better serve Members.
3. Membership Ranking Criteria
3.1. The Program has four (04) membership ranks as follows:
- Member
- Gold
- Platinum
- Diamond
3.2. Membership ranks are determined based on the Member’s usage history of products and services with each Partner, according to specific ranking criteria and the Member benefits policy set forth in Appendix I of the Terms and Conditions. The Member benefits policy in Appendix I may be amended or updated from time to time.
3.3. Members will be considered eligible for each rank and entitled to the corresponding benefits and promotions from all Partners offering benefits for such rank upon meeting one (01) of the Program’s ranking criteria. If a Member qualifies for multiple ranks across different Partners, the highest rank achieved will apply.
3.4. Membership accounts, membership cards (if applicable), and Member benefits are non-transferable, non-inheritable, and may not be used as collateral, except as specified in Section 4.4 of the Terms and Conditions.
3.5. Membership Ranking Principles:
3.5.1 VinClub ranks members initially based on their historical transaction data with our subsidiaries prior to August 8, 2024. After this date, sales data for ranking will be recorded from customers' successful registration as VinClub members.
3.5.2 If a member achieves multiple ranks across different subsidiaries, the highest rank attained will be the VinClub membership rank.
3.5.3 Customer data used for ranking is synchronized with the phone number and/or email registered with VinClub.
3.5.4 The ranking system follows this formula: (i) Sales in year (N) + (ii) 30% of sales in year N-1.
3.5.5 Customer sales with our subsidiaries will be aggregated for ranking purposes. Customers with total sales over VND 500 million per year within the Vingroup ecosystem will qualify for Gold rank; customers with total sales over VND 3.5 billion per year and holding Gold rank at two or more subsidiaries will be upgraded to Platinum rank; and customers with total sales over VND 7.5 billion per year and holding Platinum rank at three or more subsidiaries will be upgraded to Diamond rank.
3.5.6 The system will immediately upgrade the membership rank as soon as the member meets the qualifying criteria.
3.5.7 Membership ranks are re-evaluated annually starting on December 31, 2025.
3.5.8 Members who do not meet the criteria for Gold/Platinum/Diamond will be downgraded to “Member” status.
4. VPoints, VPoint Accumulation and Usage
4.1. Member points (“VPoints”) are calculated based on the value of goods/services (inclusive of VAT) after deducting discounts/promotions as per Partners’ sales policies. VPoints are valued at a rate of 1,000 VND = 1 VPoint.
4.2. VPoints are valid indefinitely, unless the Member’s status is terminated according to these Terms and Conditions.
4.3. VPoints cannot be converted into cash.
4.4. Members can use VPoints to:
a. Purchase or redeem for gifts, products, or services provided by Partners, or vouchers applicable when purchasing Partner products/services directly at Partners’ shops/business locations or through Partner’s sales platforms;
b. Gift to other VinClub Members; or
c. Serve other purposes or activities as announced by the Company on its Channels from time to time.
4.5. Each transaction can only earn or redeem VPoints from one VinClub Member account.
4.6. VPoint usage at Partners’ checkout counters requires confirmation from the VinClub Member about the VPoints used.
5. Termination of Membership
5.1. Membership under the Program remains valid indefinitely unless terminated in one of the following cases:
a. The Member requests termination by contacting the Company via the official contact address/email posted on the Company’s Channels;
b. The Member intentionally uses the card/account in violation of the Program regulations more than three (03) times; The Member passes away
c. The Program is terminated for any reason;
d. Termination occurs under other circumstances specified by the Program and the Terms and Conditions or as required by law;
e. The Member’s account/card is permanently locked as per Section 6.13(a) or Section 6.13(b); or
f. The Company reserves the right to terminate the Program by providing 30 days’ notice to all Members via the Company’s Channels and/or another appropriate method. The resolution of Member benefits will be announced along with the Program termination notice.
g. Upon termination of membership in any of the cases specified in Section 5, all VPoints in the Member’s account will be forfeited.
6. Rights and Responsibilities of Members, the Company, and Partners
6.1. Members will enjoy the fundamental benefits of membership and specific privileges based on their membership rank as outlined in these Terms and Conditions and other publicly disclosed information on the Company’s Channels. These benefits include, but are not limited to:
a. Accumulating and using VPoints in their Member account according to these Terms and Conditions;
b. Participating in promotional programs and exclusive offers from Partners.
6.2. Members have the right to access and look up (including changing and updating) their Member information, and to accumulate VPoints in their accounts through various methods, including the Program’s hotline (“Hotline”), the Company’s Channels, or the VinClub mobile app.
6.3. Members are responsible for any and all costs, taxes, fees, claims, or debts (if any) arising from the benefits they receive from the Program.
6.4. To use VPoints or participate in collaborative programs, promotions, or exclusive offers from Partners, Members may be required to provide full and accurate information and documents as specified by the Program from time to time, according to instructions on the Company’s Channels. Members are responsible for the accuracy of the information provided in their Member profile and any details shared with Partners during their participation in the Program and interaction with and usage of the Company’s services through the Company’s Channels. If there are any changes to the information provided, Members must promptly update their details through the Company’s Channels, the VinClub mobile app, the Hotline, Customer Service/Support (“Customer Service”), or any other Program’s channel to avoid misuse of VPoints. The Company is not liable for any errors, losses, or damages arising from or related to a Member’s account due to failure to update information as required by these Terms and Conditions.
6.5. Members acknowledge, agree, and represent that they are the sole owner of their Member account and are responsible for safeguarding their membership card and account information. Members must not disclose their membership card and/or account information to any unauthorized third parties, and are solely responsible for any consequences arising from such actions.
6.6. Members agree to allow the Company to initiate, store, maintain, and update personal data provided by the Member, as well as data arising from the Member’s participation in the Program (“Data”), and consent to Partners using such Data for Program purposes. These purposes include, but are not limited to: facilitating Member transactions and VPoint usage, and promoting new products and services from Partners. All Data will be protected and used in accordance with the Data Protection and Processing Policy publicly available on the Company’s Channels, as amended from time to time.
6.7. All notifications or complaints from Members to the Company must be made through the Program’s Hotline or email, or at the Company’s Customer Service counters.
6.8. The Membership card and Member account are merely intermediary tools operated by the Company to record and manage the benefits Members receive from the Program. All benefits and offers provided to Members will be directly supplied by the Partners.
6.9. Partners may request Members to provide information and/or present valid personal or corporate documents when the Company detects activities outlined in Section 6.13 or before Members use VPoints and/or receive benefits in certain cases.
6.10. Partners are exempt from responsibility in cases where data processing systems, software, or signal transmission systems encounter issues, errors, attacks, or any other objective reasons beyond the control of the Company or Partners.
6.11. Partners may deny, cancel, reclaim, or withdraw benefits or VPoints from a Member’s account received or to be received under promotional programs without prior notice to the Member in the following cases:
a. The Partner cannot transfer VPoints or provide benefits to the Customer due to objective reasons beyond the Partner’s control;
b. When the Member returns/cancels valid goods or services according to the Partner’s return/cancellation policies;
c. VPoints are inaccurately or invalidly credited to the Member’s account according to Program regulations, or due to exploitation of Program policies or other Partner’s promotional programs to commit fraudulent activities;
d. The Member shows signs of using tools or methods to commit fraud to gain benefits from the Program and/or other Partner’s promotional programs;
e. The Member violates Program regulations and/or the promotional policies announced by the Partner from time to time;
f. In cases of force majeure as stipulated by law.
6.12. The Company and Partners may, at their discretion, transfer or assign, in any form, all or part of the rights and obligations arising from the Program to any third party by notifying Members.
6.13. The Company may temporarily suspend or permanently lock a VinClub Member account/card when deemed necessary by the Company in the following cases:
a. Exploiting the Program policies or other promotional programs of the Company/Partners, system vulnerabilities, or errors in the VinClub app, or using unauthorized devices or technology to interfere with the Company’s systems for fraudulent or exploitative purposes;
b. Using the Member account to conduct transactions for purposes such as money laundering, terrorism financing, fraud, or other illegal activities;
c. VPoints being inaccurately or invalidly credited to the Member account according to Program regulations due to any reason, including, but not limited to, system issues, errors, misunderstandings, or any other reasons requiring correction;
d. The Member intentionally using the card/account in violation of Program regulations and/or;
e. Resolving complaints or disputes between the Company and/or Partners and the Member.
6.14. The Company will notify Members when temporarily suspending or permanently locking an account/card.
6.15. Except for commitments to ensure Member benefits related to validly accumulated VPoints from the Program in the Member’s account, the Company is not liable for any loss or damage, whether direct or indirect, related to other promotional programs. This includes, but is not limited to, Partners discontinuing promotional programs, or retracting or limiting any services, benefits, or offers; or cases of force majeure as stipulated by law.
7. General Regulations
7.1. These Terms and Conditions, and any complaints, conflicts, or disputes (“Disputes”) arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions, are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Vietnam.
7.2. The Company may amend the content of these Terms and Conditions, and any related documents concerning the Program, at any time, provided that the amendments are approved by competent State authorities (if required by the law of Vietnam) and Members are notified at least 10 days before the effective date of the updated or amended Terms and Conditions. By registering to participate in the Program as a Member, the Member is deemed to have accepted the Company’s Terms and Conditions and any related documents concerning the Program (including future amendments and supplements to these documents).
7.3. Should any Dispute arise from or related to these Terms and Conditions, including but not limited to the execution, participation, or termination of these Terms and Conditions, and if the Dispute cannot be amicably resolved through discussions between the involved parties, then the Dispute shall be resolved by the competent Court in Vietnam.
