2.5. How to Receive the Offer:
- Customers book a stay at applicable hotels during the applicable period on Vinpearl.com website or the MyVinpearl app and pay with a Shinhan Visa card with a valid BIN code for the program.
- Vinpearl will send a voucher code for the complimentary stay to VinClub account of the customer who successfully makes a booking, along with an email about instructions.
- The code is sent within 48 hours from the time of purchasing the voucher until the program's gift vouchers run out
- Log in to VinClub account, select the "Shinhan Visa Cardholder Gift" voucher under the "My Offers" section, and click "Redeem."
