Customers participating in transactions on Vinpearl.com are all individuals with full civil act capacity from 18 years of age or older, who have assets to purchase the Products/Services on Vinpearl.com; and all organizations which are legally established and are operating in accordance with the laws of Vietnam. These parties must register to declare mandatory personal information before being recognized and allowed to use the services provided by Vinpearl.com (hereinafter referred to as the “Customer").
Products/Services and parties participating in the transactions on Vinpearl.com must meet all relevant law articles, with the exception being cases of prohibition of business or advertising that are not in accordance with the laws (hereinafter referred to as "Products / Services").

Transaction Process
1. The trading process for Customers
