The voucher will be sent to your VinClub account on Vinpearl.com or the MyVinpearl app within 24 hours after a successful booking. To receive your voucher, follow these steps:

• Step 1: Visit Vinpearl.com or the MyVinpearl app and log in using your registered email or phone number.
• Step 2: Go to the "My Account" section and select "My Deals."

• All service bookings made with this voucher are non-refundable, non-cancellable, and non-modifiable, except in cases of force majeure.
• The electronic voucher is non-transferable and may only be used by the registered guest and accompanying stay members. Any attempt to sell, purchase, or transfer the voucher is strictly prohibited.
• The voucher is for single-use only; unused value is non-refundable and cannot be carried forward.

• For villas: A hotel credit voucher of 200,000 VND per villa per night is provided. Room multiplier coefficient is not applicable
