5-night Vinpearl resort vouchers for Vinhomes customers

Customers who purchase Vinhomes’ real estate have the opportunity to receive a 5-star resort voucher at Vinpearl’s hotel and resort system nationwide and enjoy a relaxing vacation with world-class services.

1. Voucher benefits

Category	Details
Voucher type	- One 5-night resort package, split into one 3-day-2-night voucher and one 4-day-3-night voucher - Customers can use both vouchers for two separate stays or combine them into one
Applicable hotels	All hotels on the Vinpearl website (except Vinpearl Luxury Nha Trang, Vinpearl Wonderworld Phu Quoc, Vinpearl Cua Sot Resort, Affiliated by Meliá, VinHolidays Fiesta Phu Quoc)
Applicable room type	01 standard hotel room
Meals	Daily breakfast as per the hotel’s standards
Entertainment	Access to VinWonders or Vinpearl Safari during the stay (applicable to destinations that VinWonders or Vinpearl Safari is located)
Spa	Two body massage sessions during the stay (to be combined with the 4-day-3-night voucher)
Airport transfer	Applicable in South Hoi An and Phu Quoc (excluding VinHolidays Phu Quoc)

2. Terms and conditions

2.1 Booking period and user regulations

Validity	Valid for 12 months from the date of issue and up to: December 23, 2027 (whichever comes first) Not applicable for stays during peak holiday periods as per Vinpearl’s regulations
Booking period	At least 10 days prior to the date of stay
Exchange and cancellation	- Each voucher is valid for one-time use only and cannot be exchanged for cash - The vouchers cannot be refunded nor changed after the user has booked and received confirmation from Vinpearl
User regulations	The voucher is credited to the Real estate owner. The guest must either be: - The Real estate owner - A relative: Parents; Spouse; Children (identification documents required) If this requirement is not met, the customer will pay according to applicable rates
Surcharges	Additional charges (for children, third adult guest, room upgrade, etc.) will be applied according to the prices at the time of booking

2.2 Voucher transfer regulations

Category	Details
Condition	If a customer owns multiple real estates and thus has multiple vouchers, the customer can transfer the 5th voucher and those onward (using a minimum of 4 vouchers equivalent to 2 resort packages)
Transfer fee	VND 3,500,000/5-night resort package (including one 3-day-2-night voucher and one 4-day-3-night voucher)
Note	Transfers of individual vouchers within a single resort package are not applicable

3. How to use vouchers

The voucher is credited to the Vinpearl account of the Real estate owner. To book, please follow these steps:

Step 1: Log in to Vinpearl.com or the MyVinpearl app using the email address you registered with Vinhomes’ procedures department
Step 2: Select "Forgot password" to reset your password
Step 3: Select Account -> select My Offers -> select “Luxury resort vouchers for Vinhomes’ Real estate owners” and select “Use”
Step 4: Choose your hotel and length of stay (please select the correct number of rooms - 01 room and 2 or 3 nights depending on the voucher you are using)
Step 5: Complete the booking according to the system’s instructions
