2. TERMS & CONDITIONS:

Applicable customers:

Customers who have deposited for electric cars under the program "gratitude to the pioneers" from January 6, 2022 to May 30,2022 and customers who have taken delivery of their VinFast vehicle reserved under "gratitude to the pioneers" program

How to get the promotion:

An E-voucher is issued into your member account. This account is created by Vinpearl with your registered information and refers to Vinpearl Membership Program – Pearl Club. Customers can log in account to check voucher status
Customers can use e-voucher to book directly via website Vinpearl.com and app MyVinpearl.

How to use:

Customers can use voucher to book directly on website vinpearl.com or MyVinpearl application.
Customers can convert vouchers into 3 hotel rooms for 4 people or divide into two short stays (3-night stay each)
Customer can divide into short stays (at least 3-night stay). In this case, customers can enjoy 1 free golf round/ person/each 3-night stay
For each code, customers will be able to use limit 06 rounds of golf / code 4 days 3 nights.
Note: The package only apply to in-house guests during their stay at the hotel

Validity period: From April 6, 2022 to December 31, 2025 or 02 years from the activation time of e-voucher (whichever comes later)

Cancellation and Refund Policy:

Room reservations are non-refundable, non-cancellable, and non-changeable (including booking period, hotel, and guest name).

Applied properties: Vinpearl hotels & resorts (Applicable hotel depends on booking and stay period).

Booking period: Booking must be made at least 7 days prior to check-in time. Room confirmation is subject to hotel availability.

Cancellation Policy: Bookings are non-refundable, non-cancelable, and non-changeable (both stay period and hotel of stay).

Extra fee:

Guest name change: a fee of 350,000 VND per name per update will be applicable for additional/adjustment cases made within 5 days prior to the check-in date.

Surcharge for extra people, extra days outside the gratitude package regulations: applied according to the published price policy at the time of booking

Airport pickup/drop-off service:
- Please provide the flight number and contact phone number at least 05 days prior to the check-in date (maximum of 01 complimentary pickup & drop-off per group). In the event that information is not received within the specified time frame, we understand that you will arrange transportation to the hotel on your own.
- Applicable to guests staying at Vinpearl Resort & Spa Ha Long, arriving and departing from Cat Bi Airport and Van Don Airport.
Golf service: Please provide the time of service usage at least 05 days prior to the check-in date for assistance in checking the availability of tee times at the Golf course and confirmation (subject to availability at the time of booking).
