3.1. Membership Tier Upgrade and Birthday Gifts
Members from the Gold tier and above receive vouchers upon qualifying for a membership tier upgrade through eligible transactions and on their birthdays, with the following values:
- Gold: VND 200,000 voucher.
- Platinum: VND 300,000 voucher.
- Diamond: VND 500,000 voucher.
For birthday gifts, eligible members receive 2 vouchers: 1 voucher for purchasing services on the VinWonders website/app and 1 voucher for dining services at Vinpearl. Vouchers are valid for 3 months from the date of receipt.
