As of August 8, 2024, the VinClub Loyalty Program by Vingroup has been officially launched. Along with exclusive privileges and attractive benefits across the entire ecosystem, valued customers holding Gold membership and above are eligible to earn VPoints, which can be used for service payments, gift redemptions, or voucher purchases on the VinClub mobile application.
Due to certain objective reasons, Vinpearl is currently unable to automatically credit VPoints to your account. However, in our commitment to ensuring customer benefits for all purchases and services at Vinpearl, we are pleased to announce a VPoint compensation program for VinWonders tickets purchased through our online channels from August 8, 2024, to January 31, 2025.
1. Program eligibility
This program applies to customers who purchase VinWonders tickets through VinWonders.com website, VinWonders app, Vinpearl.com website, or MyVinpearl app from August 8, 2024, to January 31, 2025 (or until automatic VPoint accumulation is implemented).
2. Point compensation principles
Detailed principles for point compensation are as follows:
- Transactions must occur after the customer has created a VinClub account and achieved Gold membership status or higher.
- The applicable membership level for point compensation is based on the membership level at the time of the order.
- The value eligible for point accumulation is the final payment amount made by the customer (excluding any applied discounts).
- Each order is eligible for point accumulation only once.
- Points will be issued as vouchers with values corresponding to the earned points, which customers can convert to VPoints through the VinClub app.
- Each voucher can be converted to VPoints only once and must be redeemed for its full value.
- Deadline for converting vouchers to VPoints: March 31, 2025.
3. Instructions for converting vouchers into VPoint on the VinClub app
Please follow these steps to convert your vouchers to VPoints on the VinClub application:
- Step 1: Log in to the application and check your available VPoints balance
- Step 2: Navigate to "My Vouchers"
- Step 3: Select the voucher you wish to convert to VPoints
- Step 4: Complete the voucher-to-VPoints conversion process
