1. Eligible participants:
The programme applies to customers who book via the Vinpearl.com website or MyVinpearl app and meet all of the following conditions:
- Customers with total spending of VND 18,000,000 or more during the programme period
- Booking period from 1 April to 30 April 2026
- Stay period from 1 April to 30 May 2026
2. Prize structure:

3. How to participate
- Step 1: Book via the Vinpearl website/app
- Step 2: Once total spending reaches VND 18,000,000, the system will send a notification via the web/app and email with a lucky draw code to join the programme.
- Step 3: On 5 May 2026, Vinpearl will conduct the lucky draw to select the winners. The results will be:
- Announced on Vinpearl’s Fanpage
- Notified directly via customer email
4. Terms and conditions applicable to each prize category
4.1 First Prize / Second Prize
- The First and Second Prizes are only applicable to customers who agree to non-refundable booking conditions for orders participating in the program. In case the prize winner does not agree to this condition, the prize will be reserved for another customer.
- Air tickets do not include taxes and fees. Winners are required to pay these costs in accordance with the airline’s regulations.
4.2 Hotel Credit
- The voucher is valid during the customer’s stay.
- The voucher applies to services directly provided by Vinpearl at the hotel where the guest stays, such as Spa, F&B, laundry, etc. (Not applicable to services provided by third-party suppliers).
- The voucher is not applicable to alcoholic beverages, room service, Golf, VinWonders, Safari, and room-related services such as additional room purchases, view upgrades, room category upgrades, or surcharges.
- Once a service is booked, it cannot be refunded, canceled, or changed, except in cases of force majeure.
- The e-voucher is non-personalized and applicable to the booking holder and staying guests; resale or transfer is not permitted.
- Each voucher is valid for one-time use only; no refund or carry-forward will be provided for any unused value.
- The voucher is non-exchangeable for cash and is applied based on the hotel’s published rates.
- For Villas: Hotel Credit voucher of VND 200,000/villa/night (not multiplied by the number of bedrooms).
- Not applicable to staff promotions, VinFast vouchers, partner offers, complimentary stays, or gift vouchers.
