Precious Heritage Art Gallery Museum, located in Hoi An Ancient Town, is the culmination of 7 years of exploring Vietnamese ethnic groups of a French photographer named Réhahn. Before settling in Hoi An in 2011, he had been to more than 35 countries. Réhahn is particularly well-known for his attractive pictures of people in Vietnam, Cuba, and India. He is a photographer who can successfully capture the soul of his models.

He observed the intricate diversity and fragility of some ethnic groups' cultural legacies during his journey in Vietnam and interacted with 49 out of Vietnam's 54 ethnic groups. All his pictures of strikingly different cultures, rare artifacts, and traditional clothing are now stored and displayed at Precious Heritage Art Gallery Museum Hoi An.

2. How many areas does Precious Heritage Art Gallery Museum have?

Precious Heritage Art Gallery Museum has five main areas, spreading across more than 500 square meters in a building of 19th-century French architecture. There are hundreds of photographs, more than 60 traditional costumes displayed in the museum. 2.2. The Indigo room

As its name suggests, the room is painted in indigo, which is the color of the dye used by ethnic groups like the Dao, Nung, Hmong, and La Chi to make their extraordinary textiles. You can read about their sustainable method to create this non-toxic "paint" as well as the time-honored textile making art in the Indigo Room.

2.3. The Northern Vietnam area

Northern Vietnam is regarded by visitors as the most breathtaking area in Precious Heritage Art Gallery Museum Hoi An.
