During the airport expansion period, the guest pick-up counter will be temporarily suspended starting from April 24. To ensure a seamless and convenient arrival experience, Vinpearl will implement an alternative pick-up arrangement for guests staying at:
- Vinpearl Resort & Spa Phú Quốc
- Vinpearl Wonderworld Phú Quốc
Pick-up Arrangement:
- Guests will be welcomed directly at the Arrival Hall
- Vinpearl staff will be present for every flight at both International and Domestic arrival areas
- Our team is easily identifiable with branded uniforms and welcome signage
How to Identify Our Staff:
Upon exiting the arrival gate, please look for Vinpearl staff:
- Holding a welcome board with your name or Vinpearl signage
- Wearing Vinpearl-branded uniforms
