Hanoi, October 28, 2026 - Vinpearl Joint Stock Company (Vinpearl) has identified an information security incident.

Certain customer information may have been exposed to unauthorized parties. Upon becoming aware of the incident, Vinpearl promptly implemented measures to contain the incident, address the relevant security vulnerabilities, and strengthen data protection. The Company is continuing its review and assessment of the potential scope and impact of the incident to identify and implement additional security measures and minimize the risk of recurrence.

As of the date of this notice, Vinpearl has not identified any cases of actual harm or loss to customers. Nevertheless, as a precautionary measure to protect customers’ interests, Vinpearl advises customers to remain vigilant against potentially fraudulent phone calls, text messages, and emails; inform family members and others they know of the risk of impersonation scams; and refrain from disclosing personal information, identification documents, passwords, or one-time passwords (OTPs) to unverified sources.

Vinpearl will continue to monitor developments, provide updates, and proactively assist affected customers where necessary. We sincerely apologize for any concerns this incident may have caused and remain committed to making every effort to strengthen security measures and protect our customers’ personal information.
