We would like to inform our customers of the changes in the reward system of the Vinpearl - Pearl Club Loyalty Program.
Regarding our partner establishments that have transferred their management rights or are operating under a different brand name, Pearl Club members have the following changes to their incentive program:
1. Free night stay according to card class benefits
For new bookings:
- Customers are given priority to use the free night reward at hotels and resorts managed by Vinpearl, and can book even the last standard room as displayed on the Vinpearl.com website and the MyVinpearl app. Applicable on weekends, holidays, and Tet, not applicable during high season, as shown on the website.

- Vinpearl Resort Nha Trang
- Vinpearl Luxury Nha Trang
- Vinpearl Wonderworld Phu Quoc
- Vinpearl Resort & Spa Phu Quoc
- Vinpearl Resort & Golf Nam Hoi An
- Vinpearl Resort & Spa Ha Long
- VinHolidays Fiesta Phu Quoc
- For hotels that have changed their name to another brand or transferred management rights to partner corporations, customers are still welcome to make new reservations and use free night rewards as long as the hotels are still displayed and rooms can still be booked on the Vinpearl.com website or the MyVinpearl app.

2. Accumulated transaction points
- Accumulated transaction points can be applied at all facilities managed by Vinpearl.
- For hotels transferring management rights, Pearl Club customers' accumulated points rewards are applied to orders successfully placed on the Vinpearl.com website or the MyVinpearl app according to the actual online payment value. (Note: not applicable to transactions placed on partner websites or transactions made at hotels)
3. Other service rewards
- Pearl Club members will maintain all of their benefits and rewards at all facilities managed by Vinpearl.
- In addition, we are currently working on special programs and benefits with our partners at hotels that have transferred their management rights for our members. However, Vinpearl would like to announce the temporary suspension of Pearl Club program incentives at these hotels until further notice.
