I. Submission Requirements
Your contest entry should include:
- 01 photo, video, or artwork capturing a memorable moment from any of your journeys to Vinpearl’s establishments across Vietnam over the past 20 years. This encompasses the Vinpearl system, including hotels transferred to Melia and Marriott, VinWonders and Vinpearl Safari, and Vinpearl Golf.
- 01 caption (description) narrating the story of that moment. Keep it within a maximum of 1000 characters.
Notes:
- Ensure your contest entry aligns with Vietnamese cultural norms, complies with prevailing legal regulations, and avoids any content that may be discomforting or have a negative impact.
- Limit technical adjustments for contest photos/videos to basics such as color, contrast, and lighting correction, while preserving the authenticity of the original content.
- Characters and events depicted in the photos/videos must be genuine, not staged, and free from fictional elements.
- Contest entries must not have been previously published on any other public platforms.
- Image submissions should be in .jpg or .jpeg format and not exceed 5 MB. Video submissions should be in .mp4 format and not exceed 100 MB. Provide an online link for uploading images and videos, allowing the organizers to download them.
- You are solely responsible for the copyright and moral rights associated with your submissions.
Upon registration, you will be automatically enrolled in the Pearl Club system to receive rewards and program benefits. - You are welcome to submit MULTIPLE entries, and the organizers will showcase those that meet their publication standards on Vinpearl’s fan page.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the information provided. Any provision of false information may result in disqualification, the revocation of awards, and legal consequences.
II. Schedule and Contest Procedure
- Round 1: Preliminary Round – 14 days (from 12:00 PM on November 13, 2023, to 12:00 PM on November 26, 2023
Step 1: You access the contest submission landing page at https://cloud.news.vinpearl.com/wakeup20
Step 2: You fill in your personal information and upload your contest entries on the landing page, including:
- Full name
- Phone number
- Contest entry link
- Image title
- Contest entry caption (description) (up to 1000 characters)
*Note: Ensure that the contest entry link is downloadable (format: Google Drive, YouTube, Dropbox, etc.). Avoid submitting links from Facebook/TikTok due to potential quality limitations.
Step 3: The organizers will review entries based on specified criteria and rules and advance selected entries to the voting round.
- Round 2: Voting Round – 7 days (from 12:00 PM on December 1, 2023, to 12:00 PM on December 7, 2023)
Step 1: Contest entries progressing to the voting round will be featured in the “Wake up 20! Vinpearl Moments” contest album on Vinpearl’s fan page (link: https://www.facebook.com/Vinpearl).
Step 2: Customers can cast their votes by using positive reaction icons (like/love/haha), sharing, or commenting on individual contest entries.
- Prize Announcement: December 10, 2023, on the Vinpearl’s fan page and Vinpearl’s Website..
III. Eligibility Criteria
The contest is open to both male and female citizens of Vietnam, as well as foreigners residing in Vietnam, aged 16 and above, with no criminal record and legal issues, and who are not officers and employees of Vinpearl. Participants should be members of the Pearl Club. (Free membership registration is available on the website: https://vinpearl.com/ or through the My Vinpearl App). Contestants may register their membership after submitting their entries to ensure eligibility for prize reception.

V. Scoring Method
Based on the interaction with the posts on Vinpearl's fan page:
- 01 comment = 2 points (excluding stickers, spam, negative comments)
- 01 positive reaction = 1 point
- 01 public share = 3 points
Note
- Negative reactions (sad/angry) = 0 points
- In case of a tie in total interaction points, the earlier submitted entry will be selected (based on the system record of the organizers).
