VinClub: Privileges, policies & usage guide

Vingroup has officially launched its exclusive loyalty program, VinClub. With a VinClub account, you can enjoy exclusive discounts, earn and redeem VPoints, and access non-financial privileges.

1. What is VinClub?

VinClub, which debuted on August 8, 2024, is an exclusive loyalty program for customers of Vingroup and its partners. Members receive both financial and non-financial privileges. It replaces all previous loyalty programs of Vingroup and its affiliates. All customers who make transactions with Vinpearl, VinFast, Vinhomes, Vinschool, Vinmec, and Green SM can become VinClub members. By introducing the VinClub program, which aims to attract millions of members, Vingroup continues to fulfill its mission of offering the market high-quality products and services.

2. Outstanding privileges for VinClub members

VinClub offers three main membership ranks: Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Each rank provides a different level of privileges.

2.1. VinClub Gold

VinClub Gold members receive numerous financial benefits from Vingroup:

VinClub Platinum members enjoy upgraded financial benefits:

VinClub Diamond members have access to an even wider range of appealing privileges:

3. Information about the VPoint policies of VinClub

The VinClub loyalty program also features a flexible VPoint system for earning and redeeming points, providing added value to members.

3.1. VPoint accumulation

VPoints are earned based on sales (including VAT) after deducting discounts as per the policies of Vingroup’s subsidiaries and partners. VPoints are valued at 1,000 VND = 1 VPoint and never expire.

Note:

VPoints from a single transaction can only be accumulated into one VinClub account.
VPoints accumulation is available for Gold, Platinum, and Diamond members.

3.2. VPoint spending

Customers can use VPoints indefinitely to buy vouchers or receive discounts on both online and offline purchases. In the future, members can gift or transfer VPoints to others, offering even greater flexibility.

Note:

VPoints cannot be exchanged for cash.
VPoints can only be spent from one VinClub account per transaction.
Members must confirm their VPoint usage when redeeming points at checkout.

4. Guide for first-time users of the VinClub app

4.1. How to download and register?

You can download the free VinClub mobile app by searching for “VinClub” on Google Play (for Android) or App Store (for iOS).

To create an account:

Register using your phone number or email
Enter the OTP code sent to your phone or email, then select “Confirm”
Set up your account information and PIN, then select “Complete”

4.2. How to link Vingroup’s brands?

To link Vingroup’s brands to your VinClub account:

Select “Account”
Choose “Link brand accounts”
Enter the phone number or email used with Vingroup
Select “Continue”
Review the linked brands and select “Confirm”
A message will notify you that the brand link was successful

4.3. How to check VPoint and membership status?

To manage your VPoint information:

Select “VPoint”
View your VPoint balance and transaction history

To check your membership status:

Select “Membership rank"
Choose “View progress”
You will be able to check your current status and track your progress towards upgrading to Gold, Platinum, or Diamond
